Born high in the Colorado Rockies, Mountain Angel 12 Year is the rarest expression from Stranahan’s American single malt. Aged twelve years in new American oak and finished in Port wine casks, it is shaped by Denver’s altitude and an angel’s share that claims more than 80 percent of each barrel. What remains is bold and complex, with layers of oak, stone fruit, and warm spice. Bottled at 94.6 proof, Mountain Angel shows what time and altitude can do to whiskey.
