Smoke Top

The little torch lights up fast and the wood chips actually catch instead of just smoldering, which was my worry. Dropped a cherrywood smoke over an old fashioned and it completely changed the drink. Kit has everything you need right out of the box.

Wasn't sure I'd actually use a smoking kit at home, but this thing turned my usual old fashioned into something that tastes like it came from a bar. The wood chips burn clean and the whole setup takes maybe a minute.

The little torch lights up fast and the wood chips burn clean, so you get a nice smoky finish on an old fashioned in about thirty seconds. Everything you need is right in the box, which was a nice surprise. My only gripe is I keep burning through chips because I use it way too often.
