Mini Barrel

Used this to age a batch of manhattan cocktails for a party and the white oak really mellowed them out in about three weeks. The galvanized steel hoops feel solid and the spigot hasn't dripped once.

The level 3 char on this thing gives my whiskey an oakiness that my old small barrel never pulled off. Three liters is a great size for a home bar, and the galvanized hoops feel solid enough that I don't worry about leaks.

The char level 3 interior really does the trick—my first small batch came out with that deep vanilla and oak sweetness I was hoping for. The galvanized steel hoops feel solid and the whole 3L size sits nicely on my counter without taking over the bar cart.
